At the age of 3, Josh began his career tearing things apart and putting them back together. After college he gained experience working as a Technician, Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager, Director of Research and Development. After spending almost a decade in private and publicly traded companies, he has armed himself with a diverse perspective to attack opportunities and drive success into the goals of a business.

He has a philosophy that there is an answer to every problem, sometimes you just have to search harder. This mindset of transforming problems into opportunities has made Josh a valuable resource for organizations where he’s been employed. Josh appreciates the value of a good team and strong customer relationships. Ramtec is founded on these key principles that Josh has developed through his years of experience and leadership.

Adam is an experienced business owner and executive with a successful track record of starting up and growing businesses. His background includes extensive management of manufacturing operations both domestic and international. In the last 10 years he has served as the Vice President and General Manager of FLIR Systems Integrated Systems Division, President of ICx Surveillance Group, and President/CEO of New Heights Manufacturing.

In addition to being a partner with Ramtec, he is currently the founder of Top Water Capital, a private equity firm specializing in small to medium size private business.

Curt has been a business owner and operator since graduating from The University of Georgia with a degree in Finance. He has been a founding partner and continues to operate multiple entities including S&R Foods, a Zaxby’s franchisee, SR&M Fitness, a franchisee of Anytime Fitness and SAM Service, a regional service provider of hot and cold side commercial cooking equipment.
